Infusing with Reiki

Reiki is a spiritual healing art that originated in Japan. It is a form of alternative therapy that is anchored on the use of life energy to heal. The word comes from the words Rei, meaning “universal life,” and Ki, meaning “energy.” Let the monks reinforce the item you purchase with reiki to bless it.

What is the way of Reiki & Mantra Infused?

This is a ritual process to energize the product. It is  conducted by an experienced person using a specialized crystal bowl.

First,  according to the type of product purchased by the customer, natural crystals  containing different energies are prepared and placed in the bowl together  with the customer's product.   

Next, the product and the crystals are immersed in the natural environment  to absorb nature's energy (Reiki). When ready, the facilitator takes a  special crystal wand and twirls it around the rim of the bowl three times  while chanting the Mantra to infuse additional energy into it.    

The natural energies and mantras involved here do not conflict with any  religious beliefs. They are as omnipresent and natural as trees, streams,  storm clouds and other natural phenomena. We just religiously guide these  energies to combine with the product and give it special properties.

How do I know if you have or haven't Infused Reiki & Mantra ?

We will put the process of filming, will be sent to customers, sometimes all selected some of our social media platforms to post!

Is "Reiki & Mantra Infused" free of charge?

Yes, totally free, this is one of our features, we believe that  natural energy is a gift from nature, we want to give stylish and  good-looking products to our customers, and at the same time we want to give  good feelings and energy to our customers.

Which currency are you using on your website?

Our store can display multiple currencies for a better shopping  experience. However, the checkout is in KRW by default. Your bank will  convert the amount to your currency based on the current foreign exchange  rate. You may see the equivalent amount by selecting your currency from the  dropdown.

Do you accept cash on delivery or bank payment?

We offer a secure shopping environment and accept credit card payments and over 10 payment methods. Cash on delivery and bank payments are not accepted.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship worldwide.

How long is the shipping time?

Why is my shipment status unchanged?

Tracking does not update real-time so please do not be alarmed if you will not see any updates yet on the tracking. Most of the time, it updates once the package is tendered to your local courier.

There will also be times that your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather condition, pandemic, customs or backlogs. Rest assured that your order will be delivered to you.

When will my tracking information appear?

You should see an update within 48-72 hours after you received the tracking information. This time will allow the courier services to update the status of the order.

What is the price of shipping?

We partner with different courier services to ship your order depending on your exact location. This is to achieve the optimal speed and make sure you receive your packages quickly and safely.

How can i track my package?

Do i have to sign for the shipment?

No, signing for shipments is not necessary.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. Items can be returned or exchanged within the first 30 days of receipt. Whether you're the wrong size, the product is broken, or you've changed your mind, we'll help you get a refund or exchange.

Where are the products made?

We source our products from reliable manufacturers all around the globe. Many products are made in Asian countries such as Singapore, China, HongKong and Japan - in the centers of spirituality and where the unique materials such as black obsidian and jade stones are to be found. Through factory inspections and production guidelines we ensure the highest quality of product and fair work conditions with all out partner factories.

Are the items genuine, not plastic?

Yes, our items are genuine and of high quality and made of original materials.

Are the items cleansed?

Yes, all the items are cleansed before being sent to our customers. We also work in partnership with merchants and artisans from around the world to provide you with authentic and high-quality items.

Where do you ship from?

We mainly ship from Korea and Hong Kong. Also due to our warehouses located all over the world. Most of the products are shipped directly to you from our manufacturer's warehouses to ensure the fastest shipment and best product availability.

Where are you located?

Our company headquarter is located in hk and KR. In addition our team members work from different locations worldwide. We are modern structured and allow remote work - therefore it is not uncommon that we respond to your emails late at night or even on weekends, because we simply love our jobs and enjoy dedicating our time to making our customers happy.
